Meet the JMR Support Services team

We’re a small local team supporting NDIS participants across Young, the Hilltops, Harden and Cootamundra. We focus on community access, everyday living support, and helping people enjoy recreation and leisure — with personalised support and a bit of fun along the way.

John Reynolds

Director / Support Mentor

John leads JMR Support Services and works alongside participants on everyday living, wellbeing, recreation, and community access across the Hilltops region. He holds a Certificate IV in Disability and First Aid, with relevant screening checks. Outside work he enjoys sports, bike riding, swimming, photography, Lego, movies, music, and animals — and loves sharing those interests with the people he supports.

Matt

Support Worker

Matt has worked alongside John for a few years and is a familiar face to many of the people we support. He helps participants take part in community life and everyday activities with a friendly, person-centred style.

Alana

Support Worker

Alana came to JMR with support experience from New Zealand, where she worked with young Māori boys. She brings a warm, practical approach to shifts — whether that’s community access, appointments, or everyday living support.

Phil

Support Worker

Phil joined John about a year ago and is the newest member of the team. He supports participants with community access, daily living, and getting to the places that matter, learning hands-on alongside John and the team.
